Details about the 2014 retreat

Christian Horizons Canada is hosting its 4th Annual Family Retreat at Elim Lodge! This year’s theme is Hope Overflowing. We are looking for families to come out and enjoy everything from worship and teaching times to fun in the park and on the water! Our volunteers will provide 1:1 support to allow families to relax and take in all the retreat has to offer. Please join us for another fantastic week!

Past retreat participation

Last summer, 23 families enjoyed the Family Retreat with the support and assistance of a team of over 50 Christian Horizons volunteers.

Testimonial from a family

“For us the retreat has been a fantastic blessing,” said one family as they reflected on their experience. “We are so grateful to have the opportunity to come as a family. We can’t get over how well-tailored to our kids, how thoughtful and fun the programming has been. What has deeply impacted us as a family is the authentic love of Christ we see in the short-term missions staff.”
