WORD:
“Therefore, strengthen your feeble arms and weak knees. ‘Make level paths for your feet,’ so that the lame may not be disabled, but rather healed.” (Hebrews 12:12, NIV)
THOUGHT:
There are times when we all need our arms and feet strengthened because of life encounters. This verse powerfully points out that making level paths is not a ‘special thing’ we do for people with disabilities, but something that we do together – for everybody. When we do so, we participate in one another’s healing.
PRAYER:
Holy Spirit, may we join with you in Your healing work. Help us to make crooked paths straight, and level high mountains, so that we all may encounter Your healing grace.
